Our entertainers should arrive a few minutes early to get set up. Please keep in mind the flow of your event so that they are positioned appropriately. Good lighting is always helpful. Tables and chairs (if needed) are appreciated however most of our entertainers who need them will have those items if you don't.
It is very important that our artists and entertainers are protected from the weather.
Indoor set-up is definitely preferred however that is not always possible for some events.
Outdoor events need you or your venue to provide shade and protection from the elements for each entertainer. If this is a major concern, please let me know and we will see what we can work out.
The deposit for a private party or event is a non-refundable security feature in place for everyone's protection.
In order for your event to be officially booked, the deposit should be received by us. Bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis. (Please book early)
Some clients prefer to pay the entire amount at the time of the deposit. This is fine too.
Company or corporate events are usually paid in advance. The nonrefundable deposit is included in the invoice.
We can receive payments online through our invoicing system which accepts most major credit cards .
We also accept PayPal, the Cash App, Square, Venmo, Zelle, and actual cash.
Once a party or event is booked, the deposit is not refundable.
The remaining funds for pre paid or invoiced bills are subject for refund .
Certain rules and conditions do apply.
Refunds are usually applied as credits.
Note: It is the clients responsibility to cancel or reschedule an event once it's been confirmed.

Sometimes things just can't be avoided and rescheduling is the best option. The artists that were originally prepared to perform at your event are given priority when rescheduling takes place.
Rescheduling is worked out on an individual basis. Holidays and peak times are not generally included as a good time to reschedule. Too many of our favorite artists are already involved with plans that have been in place (sometimes a year in advance).
However, it generally needs to take place within 6 months or sooner.
Note: Saturdays tend to be busier than Fridays or Sundays
Start planning early
Decide on a venue (home?, park? event center?)
If outside, have a Plan B for unpredictable weather. This IS Texas.
Have an idea for how many guests you might have (Adults and Kids)
What age appropriate activities will you be doing?

Entertainers may be asked to stay longer if needed, however it is up to the artist as to whether or not they are available to stay. The additional time is billed at a continuing rate.
If you feel that you have received outstanding service and would like to tip the entertainers, you are welcome to do so. Whether you hand them cash or want it added to the invoice, it is appreciated.
